I hereby authorize GRUPO AKAES S.A.S., as the Data Controllers, to collect, store, use, process, circulate, delete, transfer, transmit, and, in general, perform any operation or set of operations on my personal data, understood as any information linked to or that may be associated with me as the Data Subject (the "Personal Data").

The scope of this authorization includes, but is not limited to, Personal Data such as identification data, contact information, location and geolocation data, browsing data, financial information, assets, socioeconomic data, employment and academic information, preferences, tastes and consumer behavior, inferred or non-inferred data derived from information observed or directly provided by the Data Subject or third parties, as well as demographic and transactional information. The Personal Data will be collected through the various channels made available by GRUPO AKAES S.A.S.

The Personal Data will be processed to fulfill the following purposes and others that are analogous or compatible with them: sending or using the information for contractual purposes, customer service, marketing purposes (such as consumption analysis, brand traceability, among others), commercial purposes (such as benefits, promotions, discounts, current campaigns, promotional events, writings, images, data messages, allied brands, and programs of the company or its allies, among others), updating data, and providing relevant information; responding to inquiries about products and services offered; conducting studies for statistical and customer understanding purposes. Additionally, the Personal Data will be used for informational purposes to notify Data Subjects about news, products, services, and special offers; to carry out activities related to telephone support services, collections, or other similar nature; and to transfer or transmit data or partial or complete information to its subsidiaries, businesses, affiliated companies, and strategic or commercial allies operating within or outside Colombian jurisdiction or territory.

As the Data Subject, I have the right to know, update, rectify, or delete my information or revoke the authorization granted. If my request is not resolved directly, I have the right to file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other complementary regulations. Furthermore, I declare that the Personal Data provided under this authorization is supplied voluntarily, truthfully, and completely. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that the processing of Personal Data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions established in GRUPO AKAES S.A.S.’s Personal Data Processing Policy, which can be consulted at any time on the website.
